A FEW MORE DAYS: Suzannah Espie
CD Released 2005
Suzannah Espie was guitarist / vocalist for cult
all singing, all playing, all girl Melbourne country
harmony trio GIT (one of the smash hits of SXSW
some years back.)
A FEW MORE DAYS is the brilliant debut album from
Suzannah's new outfit. This release is deeply soulful
& at times slightly swampy country that is highlighted
by great original song writing.
It also features guest appearances by Ian Collard
& Marcel Borrack.
This release will appeal to fans of Lucinda Williams,
Allison Moorer, Kasey Chambers at her grittiest,
and, on the acoustic based cover of the Louvin Bros'
'Lay down My Old Guitar', Gillian Welch
