ZYDECATS
CD Released 1999
The unmistakable soft North American
burr that guides ABC Radio National listeners
daily across the The Planet of roots,
blues, jazz and world music is Lucky Oceans.
He also happens to be a founding member of the
seminal US band Asleep at the Wheel and the leader
of West Australias premier roots music band,
The Zydecats.
From its inception in the early nineties, the
idea was to combine zydeco with cat music
